At Wild+Root Living, we’re committed to providing a seamless shipping experience from our global network of suppliers to your doorstep. Below you'll find all the details regarding our shipping process, delivery times, and responsibilities.


Processing Times

All orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment is received. Once your order is processed, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking details (when available).

Note: Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

We currently ship to:

  • All 50 U.S. states

  • Canada

  • United Kingdom

  • Europe (selected countries)

  • Australia & New Zealand

  • Most other international destinations

If your country isn’t listed during checkout, we do not ship there at this time.

Delivery times may vary depending on product availability, supplier location, and your destination.


Split Shipments

Because we source products from multiple suppliers, items in the same order may arrive in separate packages at no additional cost to you.


Shipping Rates

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your region and order weight.

We offer FREE standard shipping on U.S. orders over $50.


International Orders – Duties, Taxes & Customs

Wild+Root Living does not collect or charge duties, taxes, or customs fees on international orders.

These charges are determined by your local government and are the sole responsibility of the customer. If customs fees are refused or unpaid and the package is returned or destroyed, no refunds will be issued for shipping or product costs.


Delayed or Lost Packages

Once an order leaves our supplier’s warehouse, we are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Weather conditions

  • Customs processing

  • Carrier issues

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses

If your tracking number shows your order was delivered but you didn’t receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.


Address Errors

Please double-check your shipping information before placing your order. We are not responsible for lost packages due to incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, reshipping fees will apply.
