Refund-Only Policy (No Returns)

At Wild+Root Living, we’re committed to your satisfaction — while also honoring sustainable, efficient business practices. That’s why we operate on a refund-only, no-return policy.
📦 Why We Don’t Accept Physical Returns
Because our products ship directly from our network of global suppliers, returning items can often be costly, wasteful, and logistically challenging. To reduce shipping waste and promote sustainability, we do not accept physical returns.
Instead, we offer hassle-free refunds when something goes wrong.
✅ Refund Eligibility
You may request a refund if your order meets any of the following criteria:

Item was damaged during shipping

Item is defective or malfunctioning

You received the wrong product
Refunds are only available for issues reported within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a refund, please email us with:

Clear photo(s) of the item showing the damage, defect, or error

Once we receive and verify your request:

You’ll receive a confirmation email within 2–3 business days

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method (credit/debit card, PayPal, Shop Pay, etc.)

Funds typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank
🚫 Non-Refundable Situations
We do not offer refunds for:

Buyer’s remorse or "change of mind"

Orders placed with incorrect shipping information

Delayed deliveries due to postal service or customs

Issues reported after the 14-day window

Final Sale items and custom/personalized orders are not eligible for refunds

If your refund is approved but you used a gift card, store credit will be issued instead
